2. Hosting, email operation and server log data
This website is currently hosted on web space provided by STRATO AG. Email communication via our domain is currently also operated via STRATO services. When the website is accessed, technically required connection data may be processed, including the IP address, date and time, requested resource, referrer, browser and operating-system information, status information and transferred data volume.
The processing supports secure and stable website operation and the detection and prevention of attacks. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. According to STRATO, visitor IP addresses are stored for attack detection and prevention for a maximum of seven days. Where legally required, the relevant data processing agreement or STRATO data processing terms are taken into account.
3. Cookies and local storage
The static company website itself does not use analytics, marketing or personalisation cookies. It does not load external fonts, advertising networks or tracking services.
Where information is stored on or accessed from a user device only because it is strictly necessary to provide an expressly requested digital service, the applicable legal assessment is based on Section 25 TDDDG.

WeChat is an optional additional contact channel, especially for Chinese-language enquiries. According to STRATO's provider information, server log IP addresses are stored for attack detection and prevention for a maximum of seven days. Simple contact enquiries without subsequent business or project relevance are deleted once the enquiry has been finally handled and no further storage is required. Matters relating to offers, projects, orders, invoices or legal documentation are retained for the duration of processing and subsequently in accordance with the applicable commercial, tax or civil-law retention and documentation periods.
Practice-check data is not automatically transmitted to SP Services by the browser. If you send a prepared email, use an EML file or otherwise provide the data to us, we treat the information as enquiry, order or project documentation and retain it for the relevant purpose. Data that is no longer required is deleted or restricted where statutory obligations prevent deletion.
10. Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
